This is the 3rd Retro Magna Illustration the boy in the picture is Tasuka Tempest. He is the third protagonist in Magna AX. the girl beside him is Yumi his best friend. You can catch them in the Magna AX manga. they appear in the first chapter. I like this design a lot, the colors all came out well.
